About “Temple of My City”:
The exhibit is on loan from Nadya Zamolodskaya, Mrs. Moscow 2009. The International children’s art project features hand drawn artwork by children ages 6 to 14 years from the 28 largest regions of the Russian Federation. The project, started in May 2007, is a travelling exhibition and has been shown both in Russia and abroad. “Temple of my town” is not only artistic, but informative and educational as every child’s drawing is accompanied by concise description of the history of a town and a temple.
“Temple of my town” has a charitable history, with exhibits held in orphanages, where the organizer narrates about the children who have sent drawings about their towns and temples.
